  • From The Telegraph: BSkyB (reportedly in its submission to the BBC Trust’s consultation on Canvas) has called for Project Canvas to be subjected to a full public value test (PVT) including an Ofcom market impact assessment. Sky also reportedly says the proposal is too vague to be properly evaluated and hence approved.
